This will provide Across America with new underwriting authority placed through Lloyd’s broker Amwins Global Risks.

This arrangement will allow for greater access to the London market to insure large fleets. The existing underwriting relationship between Across America and White Oak Underwriting Agency will be enhanced to give Across America delegated authority in the London market on the binder for Commercial Physical Damage and Motor Truck Cargo Liability. Additionally, the arrangement will enable Across America to handle all claims in house thus providing the insureds an even faster response and processing time to get trucks back on the road quickly. The new arrangement will bring together the market insight of transportation specialty leaders Kapur, Jon Humphreys, Managing Director of the US Transportation Division of Amwins Global Risks and Lisa Perry, Chief Underwriting Officer at White Oak Underwriting Agency.
