Effective January 1, 2019, Julie Boucher will assume direct leadership of Marsh’s Bermuda, Cayman, and Barbados captive offices in the newly created role of Islands Practice Leader. Currently the Americas Practice Leader, Ms. Boucher will relocate to Bermuda from Vermont. She brings 30 years of captive experience to the position, having served in various roles of increasing responsibility within Marsh Captive Solutions.
Also effective January 1, 2019, Chris Varin will assume oversight of Marsh’s US captive management offices in the newly created role of US Practice Leader. Currently Vermont Office Head, Mr. Varin has 28 years of experience having served in a variety of roles within Marsh Captive Solutions that have included responsibilities in operations, technology, and strategy. Mr. Varin will remain located in Burlington, Vermont.
Ms. Boucher and Mr. Varin will report to Ellen Charnley, President, Marsh Captive Solutions.
