  • Following an error during the insured’s manufacture, process, design and specification, packaging, labelling or distribution
  • Following introduction of an ingredient or component supplied by a third party that is contaminated
  • Following mislabeling including instructions for use (i.e. Allergen)
  • Following Malicious Tampering
  • Following an Extortion demand
