Ethos, a life insurance technology company focused on expanding access to life insurance, announced today that it has launched the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of Class A common stock.
The proposed offering includes 5,127,696 shares of Class A common stock offered by Ethos and 5,398,619 shares offered by certain existing stockholders. The initial public offering price is expected to range between $18 and $20 per share.
Ethos plans to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol “LIFE.”
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan are serving as lead book-running managers for the offering. BofA Securities, Barclays, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank Securities are acting as additional book-running managers. Citizens Capital Markets, William Blair, and Baird are serving as co-managers.
