Prior to joining Alliant, Blair was Vice President with a Southern California-based insurance and employee benefits consulting firm. She also has extensive corporate experience within the payroll sector.
Blair earned her bachelor’s degree in Latin American and Iberian studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She holds an HRCI certification and is the current Chair of the Los Angeles chapter of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).
