A native of Taiwan, Chang has strong cultural ties throughout Asia and a tremendous influence in the world of hotel franchisees. Chang is a graduate of the National Taiwan University and earned her master’s degree in public policy from The University of California, Los Angeles. She is fluent in Taiwanese, Mandarin, French, and English.
