Arrowhead Intermediaries, the newly established parent brand for Bridge Specialty Group, Arrowhead Programs, and One80 Intermediaries, has announced a new organizational structure, leadership framework, and brand identity. The move marks a significant step in the development of its specialty distribution platform.
A Global Specialty Platform
Arrowhead Intermediaries combines industry-leading businesses to form a global insurance distribution platform with a focus on wholesale brokerage, program administration, and specialty insurance. The organization is led by Chris Walker, chairman, and Steve Boyd, chief executive officer.
With more than 7,000 employees, Arrowhead Intermediaries managed a portfolio exceeding $18 billion in premium placed in 2024.
“Arrowhead Intermediaries is built on the strength of highly specialized, entrepreneurial businesses coming together to create something greater than the sum of its parts,” said Walker. “With our collective scale and specialization, we are uniquely positioned to drive meaningful value for our carrier partners, customers and teammates across the globe.”
Three Divisions with Dedicated Leadership
The company’s structure includes three distinct divisions, each led by senior executives:
- Arrowhead Programs: One of the largest portfolios of insurance programs globally, offering tailored solutions through MGAs and MGUs. This division will be led by Tom Kussurelis.
- Arrowhead Specialty: A newly established division providing solutions across affinity and administrative services, captives, reinsurance, travel/accident, warranty, employee benefits, and life & health offerings. This division will be led by Matthew F. Power.
- Bridge Specialty Group: A global insurance wholesaler with expertise in market access, customized solutions, and placement for complex and emerging risks. This division will be led by Anurag Batta.
One80 Intermediaries will be integrated across these three divisions. While integration takes place, the One80 brand will remain unchanged, and customers will continue working with their current teams.
