Prior to joining Alliant, Quinlan was Area Senior Vice President within the San Francisco office of an international risk management and insurance brokerage firm. Quinlan is also founder and board member with RiskRadius, a company developing proprietary software that helps brokers and carriers navigate the commercial insurance marketplace.
