INSTANDA, the global provider of no-code insurance platform technology, announces the addition of Geoff Keast as its new vice president of sales. Keast brings more than a decade of global fintech and sales leadership experience to his new role.

“Geoff’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment for INSTANDA as we continue to lead the way in facilitating the ability of insurance carriers and MGAs to design, build and quickly go to market with tailored insurance products,” said INSTANDA CEO and Co-founder Tim Hardcastle. “His deep understanding of, and sales experience in the fintech space position him well to address his new mission of helping our clients meet their most paramount digitization concerns.”

Keast’s experiences in sales and technology around the world lend themselves to INSTANDA’s goal of addressing the technology needs of global insurance carriers and MGAs. As vice president of sales, he will manage INSTANDA’s U.S. sales operations. Prior to joining INSTANDA, Geoff held progressively senior roles with Fiserv and ABnote North America. He spent nearly eight years with Montoux, a cloud-based automation platform for actuaries, where he held a number of senior roles, including his most recent of nearly four years as the company’s CEO.

“Product complexity is a major roadblock for digitization across financial services verticals,” said Keast. “INSTANDA’s in-depth recognition of the insurance industry’s need for agile, digital transformation is proven in the abilities of its no-code platform. As a former CEO, I believe I offer a unique appreciation of the priorities and complexities facing organizational leadership while also bringing years of fintech insights that mirror many of the technology issues facing insurance today. I look forward to working alongside the INSTANDA team.”

Keast will report directly to Derek Hill, INSTANDA co-founder and chief revenue officer for the U.S. He holds an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington and earned his undergraduate degree in political science and sociology from the University of Canterbury. He is currently a resident of Denver.
