IICF holds future of work reform

IICF will be able to provide funds for recovery support, temporary shelter, and basic necessities, as well as non-perishable food, toiletry items, and diapers for children impacted by the storm, thanks to the assistance of these nonprofits. "As tens of thousands of Floridians struggle to recover from Hurricane Ian's devastation," said Bill Ross, CEO of IICF, "we as an industry are moved to support those impacted through charitable giving." "The insurance industry is rooted in assisting others in need, and through the IICF Hurricane Ian Relief Fund, we can band together to do even more - to provide much-needed donated assistance and supplies to our communities."

In addition to the IICF Hurricane Ian Relief Fund, the IICF Southeast Fill the Truck food drive campaign will focus on hunger relief in Florida from November 10 to November 10. Donated funds and items will be delivered to Hope Helps, our local nonprofit partner for this food drive. Please visit https://give.iicf.org/checkout/17069 to make a monetary donation. In addition to direct contributions, we encourage everyone to spread the word about the fund on social media. We also recommend that you make your contributions to the IICF Hurricane Ian Relief Fund through IICF, even if you are donating to another fund. This allows us to have a greater impact by working together and track industry giving more accurately.

With the assistance of the insurance industry, IICF has been able to raise $2.3 million in recent years to benefit nonprofit organizations working in direct response to disaster and pandemic relief across the United States and the United Kingdom.
