Clifton joins Alliant with broad-based expertise in the world of benefits and specialized experience working in the health and wellness industry. He is a multi-tool player who has a diverse background in negotiation, strategic planning, operations, and management that he deploys to the benefit of his clients.
Prior to joining Alliant, Clifton was Vice President of Business Development for a nationwide healthcare management firm. He also has experience on the client side of the business, serving as Director of Benefits for Jet Aviation, a General Dynamics Company.
