“Throughout his time with PLM, Harold has demonstrated incredible leadership and a track record of producing impressive results,” said PLM President and CEO John Smith. “His strategic and proactive approach to management has allowed him to overcome challenges while taking advantage of emerging opportunities. Harold maintains excellent working relationships throughout PLM and represents the best of the company to fellow employees and external stakeholders. We look forward to seeing his success translate into even greater opportunities for PLM.”

Jamison joined PLM in 2001, beginning as their state filings coordinator. During his PLM tenure, he has also served as a regulatory manager, assistant vice president and corporate secretary and vice president. Although primarily focused on the regulatory arena in his early years with PLM, in 2015 he began taking on human resources responsibilities during the reorganization of the leadership team. In addition to these responsibilities, Jamison has more recently been focused on handling contract review issues and strategic leadership.

“PLM has been a home to me for nearly two decades, and I’m proud to move into this new and exciting opportunity,” said Jamison. “In this role, I look forward to better representing my fellow employees and their needs and helping to strategically guide PLM forward to great results within the insurance, lumber and Philadelphia communities.”

Prior to joining PLM, Jamison worked at Reliance and Zurich, serving in regulatory and claims roles. Jamison graduated from the College of Insurance, New York, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in property and casualty insurance. He also received a law degree from Rutgers University. Jamison is a member of the board of directors of the Fireman’s Hall Museum.
