Ms. Smith joined PMA Companies’ Irving, Texas Operations in 2019. She has a 17-year career in the commercial insurance industry, including positions in underwriting and business development with large insurance carriers and brokers.
A graduate of Regis University, Ms. Smith holds Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations.
