RPS, based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, said in a statement that the coverage, which is available online, combines directors and officers, employment practices, and fiduciary liability coverages into a single policy. With a $4 million policy aggregate, limits of up to $2 million for D&O, $2 million for EPL, and $2 million for fiduciary liability are available.
Private companies with less than $250 million in revenue and fewer than 300 full-time employees that have been in operation for 18 months are eligible for coverage.
For qualifying risks, a standalone EPL option with complimentary Side A D&O coverage is also available. Management liability insurance is available in all 50 states.
