According to RPS, Mr. Duffey is in charge of leading the division in marketing admitted and nonadmitted proprietary programs to niche markets that require specific underwriting and distribution.
He will be based in Alpharetta, Georgia, and will report to RPS President Joel Cavaness.
Mr. Duffey most recently served as RPS's vice president of market relations.
According to an email from a company spokeswoman, Chris Leisz, the most recent president of RPS Signature Programs, is no longer with RPS.
RPS, based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois, is a subsidiary of Arthur J. Gallagher & Co.
