Lee was a gentleman admired by all and was a third generation insurance broker in Orange County. While his integrity led the way in his professional and personal lives, his welcoming smile and great laugh made everyone feel special.

Lee had his challenges, too. He survived cancer multiple times starting in 1992, but made the most of second chances by travelling to Africa with Wendee to celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary.

He is survived by his true love, Wendee, son Matt and his wife Lynn, daughter Amee and her husband Gary Scott, and grandchildren Samantha, Cory, Van, Mac, Fred, and Lee.

California State University of Fullerton’s new School of Risk Management and Insurance is proud to announce that Frank and Gale Robitaille have established a scholarship to recognize Lee's many valuable contributions at Armstrong/Robitaille and to the Orange County insurance community. You can join them to continue Lee’s legacy in the insurance industry and add to this scholarship fund. There has never been a more important time to provide support for students and the next generation of insurance professionals who can follow in Lee’s lasting footsteps.
