According to a statement from Ms. Hutchins's husband, Matthew Hutchins, the case will be dismissed as part of the undisclosed settlement, which is subject to court approval.

Ms. Hutchins, 42, was killed last October on the set of "Rust" in New Mexico after Mr. Baldwin fired a prop gun.

“I have no interest in engaging in recriminations or attribution of blame (to the producers or Mr. Baldwin),” Mr. Hutchins said in a statement. “All of us believe Halyna’s death was a terrible accident.”
