In 2024, more than 1,700 employees at Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) donated over $2 million through the company’s Employee Giving 365 (EG365) program, benefiting 2,739 schools and nonprofit organizations nationwide. “At The Standard, one of our core values is caring about people,” said Dan McMillan, president and CEO. “Employees bring that caring to work every day and continue to express it outside of work, generously supporting the nonprofits and schools that enrich our communities. I am grateful to work with so many who are committed to making a real difference across the country.”
