Harper has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise during his 28-year tenure in the banking and insurance industry, giving him a deep understanding of market trends and intricacies. He has an aptitude for identifying and recommending new business placement opportunities while managing large books of business most recently with XS Brokers, Inc. Harper’s background in underwriting, business management, proficiency in sales, and analytical skills make him an asset to the USG team.
This move is the most recent change that USG has implemented in its plan to continue expanding its operations nationally as a leading wholesaler brokerage firm.
