With 10 years of industry experience, Jennifer Kessel is responsible for corporate operations and expansion, retail agency strategy, and management and development of carrier relationships. She has been an active member of the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh since 2014, WSIA U40 since 2017, and WSIA Internship Committee since 2017.
In 2022, Jennifer will serve as the Insurance Club of Pittsburgh I-Day co-chair and president of the WSIA U40 Board. Through her involvement with WSIA’s U40 Board, she has focused on fundraising initiatives for the WSIA Diversity Foundation. Since the pandemic, Jennifer directed the launch of USG’s “Living Well” initiative within USG, including newsletters and challenges, which is currently evolving into a company-wide wellness group with a focus on financial, physical, and mental wellness.
Additionally, she has launched an internal professional and personal development book club and other wellness culture initiatives at USG, with a strong focus on mental health. Jennifer shows up every day in her work and personal life for those around her with energy, enthusiasm, and positivity. She is paving new paths for other young females in the industry to have a voice and to grow their career in a traditionally male-dominated arena.
