The new appointees are:
Susan Finbow, head of FI Industry, Canada: Finbow will oversee a growth strategy for the region and assist with developing creative risk solutions and alternative risk financing strategies for financial institutions across the FINEX and Property and Casualty (P&C) product lines. Finbow joins from a major international brokerage firm where she served as managing director and held various positions, including FI Industry practice leader.
Alexandra (Lexie) Kindbom, Canada head of FINEX FI: Kindbom will oversee all FINEX and P&C placements in Canada for financial institutions and provide strategic direction to clients across the region. Kindbom joins from a major international brokerage firm where she served as managing director and was a leading advisor on Financial Lines risk and insurance to companies and senior executives across Canada.
Andrew Brown, FINEX FI lead relationship manager: Brown will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of large and complex clients as well as overseeing new business development and driving the sales process to develop new client relationships. Prior to this, he held senior vice president roles in Financial Lines, FI and Professional Services at a major international brokerage firm.
