Willis Towers Watson Appoints Jim Dunlap to Lead its Construction Broking Business in North America

Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Jim Dunlap as head of Construction Broking in North America. In this role, Dunlap will oversee the insurance brokerage offerings aimed at its portfolio of construction clients, including contractors, project owners, developers, architects and engineers in North America.

Based in Chicago, IL, Dunlap will report to Joseph Peiser, head of Broking for North America. “Jim is an industry-leading professional, uniquely suited to lead this team,” said Peiser. “His experience with sales, client advocacy and broking make him an excellent fit for this role. We’re confident that he will help us deepen our construction broking expertise and add significant value to our clients.”

Prior to this appointment, Dunlap served as head of Casualty Construction Broking for North America at Willis Towers Watson. Before that, he was regional vice president of Distribution at Zurich North America and Midwest Region Construction Casualty Placement leader at Marsh & McLennan Companies. Dunlap has a B.S. in communication from Cornell University and is an Associate in Risk Management.
