Prior to this appointment, Walker was a senior director and led the Claims Analytics practice at Willis Towers Watson. Before this, she worked as a consulting actuary specializing in predictive analytics. She also served in senior leadership roles at CNA Insurance and Liberty Mutual Group. Walker has a B.S. in industrial management and logistics from Purdue University. She is a fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Currently, Walker is a director on the CAS Board.
