Leading global advisory, broking and solutions company WTW today announced two new leadership appointments that combine the company’s regional outsourcing teams into one business globally. The new structure will make use of best practices and common approaches across the outsourcing teams.
WTW’s Global Outsourcing business includes its Pension Administration business in North America and Europe and its Health and Welfare Administration business in the U.S.
Jane Murray has been appointed Global Outsourcing business leader. Based in London, Murray will also lead WTW’s Outsourcing business in Great Britain. In this new role, Murray will focus on business growth and delivering client excellence. She will also work across WTW to enhance and deepen outsourcing capabilities.
Jill Knoke has been appointed to lead the Outsourcing business for North America. Reporting to Murray, Knoke will be responsible for both pension and health and welfare outsourcing in the region. Based in Minneapolis, she brings over 25 years of experience in the field, including client delivery and business leadership. Knoke will be a member of the Global Outsourcing Leadership team.
