Big I Nebraska Offers Staffing Services from WAHVE

WAHVE The Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska (IIAN) announced it is offering its members remote staffing services provided by WAHVE (Work At Home Vintage Employees) on a preferred basis.

WAHVE provides experienced insurance professionals to agencies and other insurance firms on a remote outsourced basis for full-time, part-time, or project work. The Nebraska state association is offering WAHVE's staffing services to its members with special pricing.

"Staff costs are the biggest expense for any independent insurance agency. Skilled, experienced insurance professionals working remotely offer quality work at a significant cost savings to the independent agency," stated Bill Hunt, chief sales officer of WAHVE.

"WAHVE gives agencies access to talent located in other parts of the United States, so they are no longer limited to insurance talent in their local market. It also helps agencies save on costs of hiring, training, salary and benefits, payroll taxes, and office space," Hunt added.

Carol McClelland, CAE, executive director of the Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska, noted: "Nebraska is large geographically, and the availability of local insurance professionals can be limited in some areas. WAHVE gives Nebraska agencies a new way to find experienced insurance professionals without resorting to overseas outsourcing. This is one of many management resources that IIAN provides its members to help them grow and support their independent agencies."

The Independent Insurance Agents of Nebraska, first organized in 1907, is a statewide non-profit trade organization representing more than 550 independent insurance agencies and their employees. IIAN has a local affiliate association: Independent Insurance Agents of Omaha.
