Most recently the senior vice president of North America Legal for Northfield, Illinois-based Kraft Foods Inc. and chief lawyer for Kraft’s North American business, Mr.McNasby succeeds Richard J. Sullivan, who left MMC after he was appointed judge to the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York.
In addition to Mr. McNasby, MMC also announced the appointment of Lucy Fato as the sole deputy general counsel for MMC Legal. Ms. Fato had previously served with Mr. Sullivan as co-deputy general counsel of MMC prior to Mr. Sullivan’s federal appointment. She also serves as corporate secretary for the MMC board of directors.
