The Alliant Insurance Foundation Fellows internship program celebrates its first graduate, Delaisha Davis of Southern University and A&M College. The first-of-its-kind program, launched in 2022, offers undergraduate students with diverse backgrounds and life experiences the opportunity for an in-depth career experience over three summers. “The Alliant Insurance Foundation Fellowship program provides us with the unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the future of our industry,” said Lilian Vanvieldt, Alliant Insurance Foundation Board Chair. “It’s an honor to work with and support these inspiring future leaders as they blaze a path for a long and thriving career in the insurance industry.” Davis is a business management graduate who joined the program in 2022 to further her knowledge of the insurance industry. After completing the program, Davis accepted an offer to work for the Alliant Americas division of Alliant Insurance Services in Atlanta.
