• Office condominium associations with more than 50% of square footage dedicated to medical occupancies
• Risks built prior to 1925 constructed of frame or joisted masonry

• Guaranteed replacement cost and replacement cost basis
• General liability coverage with a $1 million limit, no aggregate, and no deductible
• Environmental impairment liability

• Worldwide crime coverage with the option to include “Actual Loss Sustained”
