IntelliRisk® is designed to provide requested claims information in a user-friendly format, through a flexible dashboard page that summarizes claims and financial information, with links to more detailed information. IntelliRisk® also provides the convenience of an internet claims reporting feature as well as a search function to review previously reported claims.
Access to IntelliRisk® is secure – information can only be accessed by users who have been assigned to specific accounts. Once assigned, a user can generate reports for loss runs, with current or prior month end data, as well as monthly payment reports. These reports are available in both a PDF and Microsoft Excel format and can be saved to a user’s online library for future access.
To enroll in IntelliRisk®, please visit www.chartisinsurance.com/ir. Users will be required to provide basic policy information, including policy number, policy effective date and issuing company, all of which can be found on a declarations page, notice of coverage or certificate of insurance.
