GlobalOptions Signs Deal with Major West Coast P/C Carrier to Investigate Claims, Fraud
GlobalOptions Group, Inc. a leading provider of domestic and international risk management services, today announced that its Fraud & SIU unit has signed a two-year, $750,000 annual contract with one of the West Coast’s largest property and casualty insurance carriers. GlobalOptions’ Fraud & SIU unit will serve as a preferred provider of investigative services for the carrier and will perform surveillance and background related investigations to assist in exposing potential insurance fraud.
According to Halsey Fischer, President of GlobalOptions Group’s Fraud & SIU unit, GlobalOptions will assist the insurer’s claims investigation process. “I’m confident that our highly efficient team and advanced technology will help them to handle incidents strategically, while improving quality control and cutting costs,” he concluded.
