IICF holds regional forums in June

The Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation (IICF), a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping communities and enriching lives, will host the IICF Inclusion in Insurance Global Conference from June 13 -15 at the New York Hilton Midtown. This event, the first in-person international event in the conference series since the 2019 Women in Insurance Global Conference, will gather hundreds of insurance professionals, C-suite executives, and experts on leadership and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), along with sustainability, wellness and business leaders for sessions dedicated to advancing ideas into action and providing actionable take-aways and strategies. The conference is the first and only of its kind to benefit charitable causes.

This year’s Inclusion in Insurance Global Conference will feature emerging topics in leadership, personal and professional growth, the business of insurance and the future of work. These sessions and panels will be headlined by renowned speakers, including:

Leadership topics:

  • Personal finance with Jean Chatzky
  • Building the public voice of women with Emily Donahoe
  • Navigating the intergenerational differences with Chris De Santis

Industry topics:

  • CEO insights shared by Ed Majkowski of EY, Hank Watkins, Lloyd’s & Brenda Austenfeld, RT Specialty
  • Moving forward with industry sustainability with Amy Braccio of EY and Jennifer Waldner, AIG
  • Attracting customers to the insurance offer (in an inclusive way) with Claire Burns of The Hartford

  • Changing the conversation about bias, discrimination and privilege using brain science with Eric Bailey
