INSTANDA, the global provider of no-code insurance platform technology, announces the promotion of Ben Snape to the role of global Chief Operating Officer (COO). Having most recently served as INSTANDA’s COO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Snape’s portfolio will now expand INSTANDA’s global operations, including North America.
Snape brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic change planning and delivery to this new role. This includes prior long-term roles with carriers and specialty insurance and reinsurance providers, including Aspen, where he spent nearly a decade implementing and managing policy administration, digital and workflow solutions, and claims platforms.

In his new role, Snape will be responsible for INSTANDA’s global client experience leading the organization’s EMEA, Europe, Japan and North American accounts. Snape will also be responsible for global project delivery and oversight of all platform services teams.
