Ironshore International has announced its global Mergers & Acquisitions unit will establish an Americas presence to address complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions within the North and Latin American regions. The Americas team will be led by Navine K. Aggarwal, serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Mergers & Acquisitions of the Americas, to be based in New York. In addition, the new team has named management appointments in its New York, Atlanta and Toronto offices. Mr. Aggarwal will report to Rowan Bamford, Global Head, Mergers and Acquisitionsand Tax Insurance.Ironshore has appointed a dedicated team of mergers and acquisitions professionals to manage coverage needs throughout its network of offices within the Americas. Mr. Aggarwal's practice area will be augmented in New York by Patrick Ryan, Vice President, and Aartie Manansingh, Assistant Vice President. Elizabeth Cunnane, Vice President, and Andrew Stewart, Vice President, will operate from the Atlanta and Toronto offices, respectively.
Ironshore's regional underwriting specialists join directly from Allied World Assurance Company, where each served in various leadership positionswithinthe mergers and acquisitionssector ofthe insurance industry.

Mr. Aggarwal most recently was Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions with Allied World Assurance Company (AWAC), responsible for launching and establishing its North American practice group. He focused on structuring Representations & Warranties and Tax and Contingent Liability coverages for private equity firms and corporate-driven transactions.
