Garage Policy includes Property/GL and Commercial Auto with Garage Keeper’s Liability. IWA can also write workers’ compensation and umbrella coverages as well as Site Pollution Liability. Here are some other considerations: Mechanics E&O at no additional cost; includes Employee Benefits Liability, Business Income & Extra Expense (ALS); Equipment Breakdown Protection and more. Business Personal Property includes foundation and glass; no coinsurance provisions, coverage for vacant land & leased properties; Employee Tools, Exterior Signs, and more. We also offer Customer Complaint Defense. Commercial Auto includes Dealer/Repair/Transport Tags. Blanket Waiver of Subrogation is also available.
All size accounts are considered. We can schedule up to 25 units on the commercial auto and loaner vehicles are acceptable. Incidental used auto sales, gas sales, car washes and roadside repair are acceptable in most cases. Incidental towing is also acceptable (up to 3 units). Shuttle service within general areas of repair facility in considered.
