The five-minute segment, online at http://youtu.be/-QwlyUfuTGE, features Jill Bookman, CEO of American Collectors, discussing the features of collector-vehicle insurance with Dennis Gage, host of My Classic Car television show.

"The segment on collector-vehicle insurance is a good feature for insurance agents to share with the many collectors in their client base," commented Bookman. "Many consumers are overpaying for insurance on their collector vehicles, and this show helps them understand why collector-vehicle coverage is actually more suited for them and typically costs less than a standard auto policy."

Collector-vehicle insurance from American Collectors provides agreed-value coverage, meaning that a policyholder receives the full collector value of the vehicle in the event of a total loss, rather than actual cash (depreciated) value.

American Collectors sponsors the My Classic Car television show, which appears on Velocity (a Discovery network that reaches 60 million households) Saturday 6:30 am ET and Sunday 9:30 am ET and MAVTV (26 million households) five times per week. Additionally, the show runs on MyClassicCar.com, which draws 20,000 unique visitors each month, and on the MyClassicCarTV channel on YouTube.
