The collaborative conference will address insurance agency professionals’ greatest challenges: attracting and retaining qualified staff, remote work, workplace culture, using technology effectively, attracting new clients, operational efficiency, carrier connectivity, customer service, managing change, and agency perpetuation and acquisition.

We have designed Spark for limited registration, so attendees can connect with other leaders directly and in depth, using results-driven discussions and without lectures and one-way conversations,” says NetVU Chair Joyce Sigler, CISR, CPIW, CPIA, NcIA, NcAM, NcSA, assistant vice president of acquisitions and technology for SeibertKeck Insurance Partners in Akron, Ohio.

“Spark attendees will dive into today’s top issues while predicting and anticipating what’s coming that will affect independent insurance agents.” NetVU Spark sessions, organized around themes of growth, efficiency and talent, include

• Build a custom technology stack for success beyond today.
• Flex your sales management skills to build a winning sales team.
• From service meetings to social: Build community and brand in today’s social channels.
• High-touch marketing makes customers sticky and makes you the agency of choice.
• Get producers out selling new business: Elevate client service staff to responsibility for renewing existing business.
• Find the gold in data mining to drive growth.
• Plan for the future: Get ready to be in control of agency perpetuation.
• On the hunt: Find, evaluate and fund the right acquisition candidate.
• The deal is done: Successfully integrate staff and processes after the ink dries on an acquisition or merger.
• Find and keep the best and brightest: What it will take to win and retain top talent today and beyond.
• Agencies look different today: How to change management mindsets to match employee work-life expectations.

Spark attendees will develop and grow their leadership identity based on their goals and where they are now,” says Sigler. “This experience will help insurance professionals become thought leaders by better utilizing their tools and growing their skillsets.”

Those joining Spark will develop stronger connections with other influencers to generate a flow of ideas and resources to help them grow their business, operate more efficiently, and address talent needs that will drive success, Sigler says.

“This kind of connection cannot be replicated virtually. The in-person connections, relationship building, and sharing of stories and ideas inside and outside the sessions is an advantage that can’t be found elsewhere. “Spark is the place to bring your best ideas and biggest struggles,” adds Sigler. “What are you striving to become next year, in five years, in 10 years?

Each session will include time to discuss the steps to take today to make a future vision a reality.” All ideas and action items shared will be available to attendees at the conclusion of Spark — a ready-made roadmap for creating each attendee’s more prosperous future.
