Paula Williams Named Research Director at Reagan Consulting

Paula Williams Named Research Director at Reagan Consulting   Paula Williams has joined Reagan Consulting, insurance industry consultants and advisors, as research director.
 
Williams primarily will focus on Reagan's flagship research products: the Best Practices Study, conducted annually since 1993 in a partnership with the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America; and the Organic Growth & Profitability study, which provides quarterly insights into growth and profitability results for the independent insurance industry.

She also will lead the development of additional studies and other thought-leadership materials for the independent insurance industry.
 
"Paula's diverse experience in research and communications opens up strong possibilities for Reagan to build on our strong track record of research and thought leadership for the industry," said Tom Doran, Reagan's executive vice president.
 
Prior to joining Reagan, Williams was a human capital consultant with Deloitte Consulting LLP, serving federal clients for three years.
 
Before joining Deloitte, she spent six years at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Her experience at CDC included translating surveillance and behavioral research data and developing appropriate communication messages for specific and broad public audiences.
