PMA Companies announced today that David A. Chandler has joined the company as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President. Mr. Chandler is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the information technology strategy, infrastructure and systems for PMA Companies. Chandler reports directly to John Santulli III, Executive Vice President, Risk Services and Sales, and is based in Blue Bell, PA.

Chandler has over 30 years' experience in information technology and 16 years' experience in executive leadership roles. Most recently, Chandler was Vice President of Information Systems for Key Risk, a workers' compensation insurer and third-party claims administrator, and a member of the W.R. Berkley Group.
Chandler has a Bachelor of Science degree from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA and an MBA from the University of North Carolina - Greensboro as well as a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation. He is scheduled to complete a Master of Science degree in Business Intelligence from St. Joseph's University, Philadelphia, PA, in August 2013.
