Ice storm power outage

Orange County Fire Authority crews responded to a transformer fire at a Southern California Edison substation on the 1500 block of Sand Canyon Avenue around 5 p.m., and quickly brought the blaze under control within 50 minutes. Power was restored mid-day on Friday.
