Willis Towers Watson, a leading global advisory, broking and solutions company, today announced the appointment of Gretchen Broderson as market leader for the Pacific Northwest. Broderson will be responsible for the company's business operations, client relationships and growth opportunities across the Pacific Northwest market, which includes Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska and Montana. Broderson has been with the company for more than 20 years, advising clients on aligning their human resources programs and processes with their business and people objectives.

Previously, Broderson served as a senior director, client management in the Pacific Northwest, supporting key clients in the market. Prior to this, she held a corporate function role in Willis Towers Watson's Washington, D.C. office as the director of marketing and public relations.
